This Flagpole Stainless Steel Winch system is a replacement part that is used to raise and lower the flag of an internal halyard cable flagpole system.

The large size is generally used on flagpoles from 50 Feet thru 80 Feet.

These winches are available for use on flagpoles with a butt diameter of 6 Inches or larger. These gearless winches utilize cast bronze internal brakes which release when a winch handle is inserted and rotational pressure is applied. The winch is locked at any position by removing the handle which engages the brake system.

The large size is used on flagpoles from 50 Feet thru 80 Feet.

The winch is mounted to the inside of the flagpole with two 5/16 inch-18NC stainless steel bolts (bolts not included) with mounting centers being 3-1/2 inches.

Recommended stainless steel cable diameter is 1/8 inch.

Monthly lubrication required.
