FORTISVEX high-profile trumpet aluminum flash collar in Black finish, with a 0.060-inch wall thickness. For a 7" pole diameter; collar outside diameter 16"; listed height 7-7/8". Generally used on flagpoles with a welded shoe base; may also be used with standard in-ground-mounted flagpoles when a higher profile is desired. Accessory only; a complete flagpole is not included.
