Unalienable not Inalienable Rights. There is a significant difference between “Un” and “In” in front of alienable Rights.
During the writing of the Declaration of Independence both ways were considered but in the final writing of the 1776 Declaration Independence, the foundation of America’s Independence, the word Unalienable was used.
What’s the difference? Unalienable means you can’t give up your rights even if you wanted to, no vote by the public, or king can take your Unalienable Rights from you. With Inalienable you can give up your rights with your consent.
The right to bear arms is an Unalienable Right, there should be no laws infringing your Unalienable Right to have any gun you may need to suppress the Government from going against your Unalienable and Inalienable Rights.
This flag was designed with different images encompassing many important American values and history. The tree in the foreground represents the Liberty Tree. The Dont Tread On Me Flag is the Gadsden Flag used in the American Revolutionary War. The cannon comes from the Come And Take It Flag. The musket is the Unalienable Right to keep and bear arms. The final addition to this design is the American Patriot.
