The HDT-1 Series treaded trucks designed to seamlessly integrate within flagpoles using a Truck Spindle with a 1-1/4 Inch NPT Treading. These trucks are optimized for flagpoles with diameters of up to 5-1/2 inches on the outside diameter.

These versatile trucks are available in four distinct colors. The standard variant features the natural aluminum silver hue, while the other three color options are available as special orders. The process of painting, drying, and preparing these color variations takes approximately 1-2 weeks before we ship them to you. If you opt for the painted versions, the typical turnaround time is around 3 weeks. Alternatively, we usually maintain stock of the standard silver variant.

Crafted from cast aluminum, this external halyard revolving truck features a 1-1/4 Inch NPT Treading Spindle with a single pulley. It can be mounted atop flagpoles with a maximum top diameter of 5-1/2 inches. The truck is proudly made in America.

The spindle itself is of 1-1/4 inch NPT dimensions, tailored specifically for flag poles.

The construction of the revolving flag pole truck involves precision-cast aluminum. The pulley, with a 2-1/2 inch outside diameter, is fashioned from cast aluminum and smoothly rotates around a 1/2 inch stainless steel axle. It's built to accommodate halyard diameters of up to 3/8 inch.

The truck spindle, which features 1-1/4 Inch NPT threading, serves as a critical component.

For your convenience, your flag pole can extend to an outer top diameter of 5-1/2 inches. However, it's essential to ensure the flagpole has a female fitting installed to accept the 1-1/4 Inch NPT threading of the Truck Spindle.

Mounting an ornament on top of this external halyard stationary flagpole truck is a straightforward process. It supports spindle threading of 1/2 inch-13NC, and to secure your ornament, we provide a stainless steel set screw.
