Free Shipping
FORTISVEX offers free shipping on some of our Stock Products. Most of the time we can offer free shipping to all fifty states, some of the time it can only be shipped to the lower forty-eight. Free shipping is basic ground shipping, on our smaller lighter products. We may ship UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. You will not get to pick the delivery company.
On FORTISVEX free shipping we normally have a processing and handling time of 2-4 business days, we then ship your order consolidated shipping to the destination carrier 5-7 business days transit time. You can upgrade shipping to cut down on the transit time. With upgraded shipping your order does get pushed to the front so processing time could be shortened.
No guaranteed delivery day or time.
PO Box Delivery Address
We don't ship to PO Boxes. Not all items we ship can be shipped to an APO. Most of our shipping goes FedEx Express 2 Day Air and UPS 2 Day Air. If you provide us with a PO Box or APO, we may contact you and ask for a different shipping address. Also, APO address may not come with free shipping, and we may contact you for a shipping fee. APO addresses take longer for the item(s) to ship and longer in transit.
Shipping & Handling
FORTISVEX can ship to most street addresses in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped outside the lower forty-eight.
When you place an order, you can choose from Free Shipping in some cases to an upgraded shipping for example 3-Day, 2nd Day, Next Day etc. We use FedEx and or UPS as our base price rate on our website, but we can and will use whatever carrier is best to get your order to you. There is a handling fee in our shipping charges. Most deliveries are Monday through Friday on business days. Sometimes deliveries happen on Saturday but that is a rare case, and we never guarantee this.
There is always a processing and handling time to get the order to the carrier for delivery. Normally 0-1 business days after you place an order. This adds to the total delivery time even when selecting 3-Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, etc.
Just because you pick an upgraded shipping doesn't mean you will get it Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day, etc. There is a handling time with all orders typically of 0-4 business days after you place an order.
For Example, when you upgrade shipping to 2nd Day Air:
You order during normal business hours Monday through Friday. The next 0-4 business days we process your order.
It may ship three days after you place the order. This adds three days to your delivery time.
3 Business Days Handling Time plus 2 Business Days Delivery Time = *5 Business Days.
*Not guaranteed
With this example above, if you picked our free shipping it may have shipped in four business days plus took an additional six business days with the carrier. For a total of 10 Business Days for you to receive the order. It's always better to upgrade shipping to get the order faster.
Handling time is not quoted, and we can't guarantee our handling time. The carrier also does not guarantee transit. In most cases they will state "This package was delivered by the Guaranteed Service Commitment and is not eligible for a refund." Normally this is because of a Holiday, weather, riots in the streets, they don't deliver on the weekend, etc. We will never refund any shipping charges, even if the carrier does offer a refund.
Please note NONE of our shipping is guaranteed on the weekend, and we don't add weekend delivery to our upgraded shipping 3-Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, etc. UPS and services like them are always Monday through Friday on business days.
If you're in a rush, you can contact us and we can figure out what the shipping cost for Overnight Rush, and weekend delivery will cost you. Our website doesn't give weekend delivery rates.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We charge a handing fee for our shipping.
Returns Policy
Refunds are given as store credit.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 Day of purchase. We ask that you ship the item back to us within 14 days once we approve the return. No refunds will be accepted after the 14 days.
If you would like to return an item there is a restocking fee of 20%, plus you will have to pay to ship it back to us. You may also in most cases have to pay for the shipping and handling to you too. Even free shipping costs us to ship to you, so you will have to pay shipping and handling to you.
If you upgraded shipping, that is not refundable.
The restocking fee is taken out first of the refund then all shipping and handling fees after that.
Used opened items are not refundable.
Custom orders are not returnable.
FORTISVEX will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All flagpoles, and any poles are not returnable. Attention Flags & Banners custom and non-custom are not returnable for example but not limited to blade flags, wave banners, teardrop flags etc. Pole and pole accessories for Attention Flags & Banners for example but not limited to crossbase, ground spike, and any poles are also not returnable.
Anything made to order items, custom items, painted items, etc. may not be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Due to problems with customers' returns we no longer will allow customers to buy their own shipping for the return cost. We will provide a return label and deduct the return shipping cost out of the total refund. Most returns for small and light packages under 2 lbs in a box 12" x 10" x 2" cost about $10-$18 shipping FedEx Ground back to rural Idaho. This all depends on where you're shipping from back to us. For items being returned without using our shipping account we charge a $20 fee per item being returned for our time, in addition to all the return fees and cost outlined in our terms and policies.
We will provide the return shipping label for many reasons:
1) It will be shipped back to the correct address
2) The package will have tracking
3) The package will be insured if it gets lost
4) We know who to refund as the tracking number will now be tied to the order
5) You don't have to wait in lines to pay for shipping
6) You get a better price to return under our FedEx account rather than pay a retail price
7) You can just take it to a drop off location for the carrier for example if it's shipping via FedEx to a FedEx Store, FedEx Authorized Ship Center, Walgreens, OfficeMax locations, a FedEx Drop Box, etc.

If you order two or more of the same item, we will not accept returns. For example, but not limited to if you order five solar lights and if they don't meet your expectations, we will not accept a return. We recommend ordering one, to see if you like it, then ordering the rest. We will exchange defective items.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Product Descriptions
FORTISVEX attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, FORTISVEX does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any FORTISVEX services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by FORTISVEX itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund, within our return policy outlined in our terms and conditions.
Blogs, Articles, E-mails, Claims, Etc.
FORTISVEX tries to do the best research possible when writing, for example but not limited to blogs, product descriptions, headlines, e-mails, SEO, etc. FORTISVEX can't guarantee accuracy of any of our writings or claims. FORTISVEX also may make claims saying that this is the Best or that's Presidential. These are descriptive words we use to describe the quality of our offers. This is our opinion and not a matter of fact. Customers may have told us their opinion and we may use those claims in our marketing and offers.
FORTISVEX may put liked offers in categories, series, etc. These "series" are there to help with customers' shopping experience. These categories, series, etc. are not brands unless we make that statement. These categories, series, etc. are descriptive words used to help customers with their shopping experience.

Pricing Errors
Pricing errors may occur on the FORTISVEX site from time to time, on items sold by FORTISVEX, or items sold by third party merchants on FORTISVEX Marketplace. FORTISVEX attempts to correct all pricing errors as soon as they are discovered, or as soon as FORTISVEX receives notice of an error. FORTISVEX reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, shipping concerns, product concerns, etc., with no further obligations to you, or FORTISVEX. Even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from FORTISVEX. Any payments you make to FORTISVEX for orders that are cancelled due to pricing errors will be refunded. FORTISVEX doesn't not have to honor any pricing error, your sole remedy is a simple refund of your money.
Bulk Discount Rates
To get a bulk discount all the items must be shipped to the same address. The address must be in the lower 48 States to get a bulk discount.
